We monitor incoming flights to Olbia Airport, so if you are on a stopover you need to contact us us immediately if your flight is delayed or cancelled. The sooner we know about the delay, the more chances we have to reschedule the transfer.

Anyway it is important to know that in case of cancelattion or delays conditions apply, please see our Terms and conditions.

When a flight is cancelled or delayed and we have no availability to reschedule the transfer, we will provide you with a receipt to ask your airline for a refund.
Know that if you have to cancel your reservation or you were unable to use the service due to delays or flight cancellation you have the right to request the carrier for a refund. We'll always provide a receipt.

If your flight (train or ferry) has been canceled, and you haven't get in touch with us at least 24h prior to the agreed pickup, the full amount has to be paid. We'll however provide you with a receipt to ask your carrier for a refund. 
If you need to reschedule tha transfer we'll try our best to accommodate you, but all changes are confirmed only upon availability and cannot be guaranteed.

The PENDING PAYMENT status occurs when the payment failed or if the response from the payment service is delayed.

If you see that the money has been taken from your account, please wait up to 40min to allow the server to complete and register the payment.

If no money has been taken it means you may have entered an incorrect authorization code, or card detail or your bank refused the charge. In this case please access our website, go to CUSTOMER -> MY REQUESTS and try to pay again. We recommend to talk to your bank first.

In this case we recommend to contact your bank to check if the payment has been blocked.
Some cards may have specific limits when purchasing service online and also some banks, especially outside Europe, may see our charge as “suspicious” - for example when the Strong Customer Authorization (SCA) is not active. Usually when you get in touch with your bank the payment goes through.

Please avoid several trials in a short period of time. This is sees as a fraud and the bank won't allow the payment. Wait at least 10 to 15min before trying again.

+++IMPORTANT NOTE+++ 

When the status is PENDING PAYMENT we do not register the booking in our system, therefore you won't receive any confirmation. If you have tried several times and the payment still doesn't go through,  you can contact us and we'll reset your payment method so you can change it to another one.

When choosing "pay cash to the driver", the credit card number provided during the reservation procedure is ONLY needed to guarantee your booking. For this reason our driver asked you to pay for the service directly to him.

We offer three types of payment methods: cash to the driver, credit card and Paypal.
If you chose to pay "cash to the driver" we will need a credit card number to secure the booking.
When selecting PayPal pleae be aware we apply a small handing/exchange fee.
